Our Funding

In 2021 WIN received funding from the NSW Social Sector Support and Transformation Funds. In 2022, it was announced that WIN, in collaboration with the Obesity Collective, will receive Commonwealth Department of Health’s Peak Health Body funding for its works from July 2022 for a three-year period.

The majority of WIN’s establishment work has been completed through pro bono support and volunteers. However, WIN does need funding to ensure sustainability and independence.

In March 2020, WIN became a registered health promotion charity and is now endorsed as a Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR).
